Important Information

1. Purpose

The Site Books and More (www.bookssale.eu) was created for the sole purpose to
organise a virtual yard/garage sale to enable interested parties to purchase the
offered items from a private party (organiser). This is a non commercial site.
All items are property of the organiser.

2. Communication

To avoid misunderstandings, all communications will be made by E-Mail in English.

3. Privacy Protection

The information provided by interested parties (Contact Form) will be used only
to communicate with these parties for as long as the interest in a certain item
exists. After conlusion (deal or information) the contact details will be deleted.

4. Items

The items are offered are in a good state. Each item on the site has an induvidual
subjective rating that represents the actual state. The rating is expressed in % and for
a perfect condition a special sign or the expression 'very good' is used.

5. Information

If the interested party asks for information about a certain item, this information will be
provided by return e-mail. As the sale is managed privately, the answer might take a few days.
All efforts will be made to inform the interested party correctly. If the item is sold during the
information request, the interested party will be informed.

6. Purchase

The intersted party can inform by means of the Contact Form the organiser of its intent to
buy an item. The organiser will immediately reserve the item and inform the purchaser by
return e-mail about the reservation and give further instructions about the procedure to
follow. Price and postage and packing costs will be confirmed and a PayPal QR-Code will
be provided. After payment is confirmed the item will be shipped within 5 working days.

7. Bid

A bid for an item can be made. If the organiser accepts the bid, the procedure will continue
as stated under point 6 Purchase. If the bid is not accepted, the bidding party will be informed.

8. Returns

As the transaction is concluded on a private base, the organiser does not accept returns.
The items(s) will be packed with care in a protective envelope / box.
In case of damage during transport, the executing company will be responsible.
